Yulissa Chambi is a young and adventurous coffee producer from Caranavi, Bolivia. Yulissa, at just 23 years old, is part of a new generation of Bolivian coffee farmers dedicated to high-quality production, supported by federal funding. Her family's 10-acre farm in the Los Yungas region, where coffee farming has deep roots, produces this exceptional coffee. In her third year of producing stellar coffee, she continues to impress with a lightly macerated natural coffee. This lot boasts bold, tart, and sweet flavors with prominent blackberry and lime notes, accented by rose and rosemary.
This coffee is notable for its bright berry and citrus notes, with floral and savory undertones from the slight carbonic maceration process. We are thrilled to offer this sweet and intense coffee, perfect for both espresso and pour-over brewing.
We recommend brewing this coffee using conical pour-overs with fine grinds for a balanced taste, or as espresso shots at low doses and quick extractions for a more intense experience.
